KP Vibes Entertainment - Bus Policy
1. Please note that we are not affiliated with any movie theater.
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to indemnify and hold KP Vibes Entertainment, along with its staff and partners, harmless from any claims, losses, or damages related to the use of our shuttle service. Additionally, by securing your seat, you consent to KP Vibes Entertainment capturing photos and videos for promotional purposes during the trip.
The journey will take approximately 3-4 hours one way, departing at 8:00 AM from 500 US-77 IH69, Robstown, TX 78380. We offer a 30-minute grace period until 8:30 AM; however, please be aware that the bus will leave promptly at that time, and no refunds will be provided for late arrivals or no-shows.
2. Reservations must be made in advance through our booking site, with a non-refundable deposit of $45 required to secure your seat. The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to the trip, and we accept payments via credit, debit cards, Cash App, and GooglePay. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable, and there will be no refunds for no-shows or missed departures. In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a trip due to circumstances such as a show cancellation, severe weather, or low enrollment, a full refund will be issued.
3. For the safety and enjoyment of all, passengers under 18 must be accompanied by an adult, as unaccompanied minors are not permitted. To maintain a positive atmosphere, we ask that all passengers exhibit respectful behavior, refrain from disruptive actions, and keep the volume down by using headphones for music. Please help us keep the bus clean by using trash bags for waste, and be considerate of personal space, avoiding any unwanted physical contact with fellow passengers.
4. Our seating policy reserves the first four seats at the front for passengers with disabilities or elderly individuals. Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis unless otherwise indicated, so we recommend arriving early if you wish to sit with friends or choose a specific seat.
5. Regarding baggage, each passenger is allowed to bring a small bag that fits either under the seat or in the overhead compartment. Please remember that we cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen items, so it’s best to keep your valuables close. If you happen to leave something behind after the trip, I will do my best to inquire about any found items, but please double-check your belongings when you return to Robstown.
6. In the event of delays due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, we cannot accept liability. We will keep you informed of any significant delays or changes through email or text.
7. You are responsible for purchasing your own Enyphen VR ticket for Sunday, November 9, 2025, 1:05PM showing at Cinemark Tinseltown Houston 290 and XD locate at 12920 Northwest Fwy, Houston, Texas 77040. READ REFUND POLICY ON VR TICKET BEFORE PURCHASING YOUR TICKET. REMINDER IF LOW ENROLLMENT HAPPENS THE TRIP COULD BE CANCELED.
